Account protection

We fight bots and spam.

We want your experience with Abbs to feel safe, real and human. Apple identity, a live face check and device-integrity checks work together to make abuse harder from the start.

  1. 01

    Sign in with Apple

Use Apple’s native sign-in. Abbs verifies Apple’s signed credentials, and your Apple ID password never reaches us.

  2. 02

    Verified seal

Members can take a short live face check. The seal shows when someone’s main photo matches it.

iPad and iPhone Duo

Room to spread out.

Abbs is made for iPad and iPhone Duo too. Discovery spreads into more columns, and your chats sit right beside the conversation. Next to another app or folded, it works just like on iPhone.

Good to know

Questions,
answered.

Still curious? Visit Support or email support@abbsapp.com.

When does Abbs launch?

Abbs is coming soon to the App Store, starting in Europe. It runs on iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad, and is strictly for people aged 18 or older.

How do subscriptions work?

Discovery, chat, albums and photos are free. Gold and Platin are optional upgrades; see the premium overview above. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID.

Can we join as a couple?

Yes. You each sign up with your own account, then one of you invites the other from the You tab; you just need to have chatted with each other first. Together you appear as one couple in Discovery, and either of you can unlink at any time.

Who can see my location?

In Discovery, other people see how far away you are, never your position on a map: in 10-metre steps when you're less than 1 km apart, rounded further out. People browsing from a place they picked on the map see only your city. You can hide your distance any time by turning off "Show Distance". If you explicitly send a location in chat, the recipient can see what you chose to share.

What data do you collect?

Only what Abbs needs to provide and secure the service. There are no ads, no cross-app tracking and no sale of personal data. See the complete list in our privacy policy.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile disappears immediately and your account is permanently removed after the 30-day grace period.
