Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. If you sign back in and confirm restoration within those 30 days, your account is fully restored.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions (Gold and Platin) are billed and managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel, change, or request a refund, use your Apple ID subscription settings: on your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Abbs account does not cancel an active Apple subscription.
How do I export my data?
You can request a copy of your personal data directly in the app under Settings. The export is prepared for you and made available as a download inside the app.
How do I report or block someone?
Open the person's profile and use Block or Report. Blocking is immediate and mutual — you disappear for each other everywhere in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team; repeated or severe violations lead to a permanent ban.
Safety & community
Abbs is for adults aged 18 or older. Be yourself, respect consent, and treat others the way you want to be treated. Never share financial information with people you meet in the app, and be careful when moving conversations off the platform. When meeting someone in person for the first time, choose a public place and tell a friend where you are going. If someone makes you feel unsafe, block and report them — and contact local authorities if you are in danger.
